Roometra is designed to be your personal digital archive for cataloging every object in your home. We help you snap photos of furniture, appliances, artwork, storage items, annotate their precise measurements, and organize everything neatly by room. With Roometra, you can browse your home scene-by-scene, search for items instantly, and export beautiful information cards to share with others.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service, and outlines your rights regarding your personal data. We encourage you to read this carefully before using Roometra.
When you use Roometra to snap photos of your furniture, appliances, artwork, and storage items, all photos, dimension annotations, room organization labels, and any other content you create within the app are stored in your personal archive. This content belongs to you, and we only store it to enable the core functionality of the app that you expect.
If you create an account to sync your archive across multiple devices, we collect the email address you provide for registration and account recovery. We do not require you to provide any other personal information to use the basic features of Roometra.
We automatically collect non-identifiable usage data to help us improve the app experience. This includes information like app performance, feature usage frequency, crash reports, and general device information (such as device type and operating system version). This data is never linked to your personal content or identifiable information.

With Your Explicit Consent: When you choose to export and share your info cards with others, that data sharing is controlled entirely by you. We only facilitate the sharing at your direction.

These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data secure and confidential, and they are only permitted to process your data according to our instructions.

Roometra is designed for general use and is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have accidentally collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it removed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this policy.
